Spots on pearl white paint

I recently found a few small spots on the paint of my Model Y. Color is pearl white (PPSW). Thus, far I tried using Meguiar's car wash, Quik Detailer, and ScratchX, as well as Adam's Iron Remover... to no avail. Anyone has found similar stains on their car? If so, any luck removing them? Thanks in advance for the help.

Are they kind of reddish? I think I got my spots from bugs. I'm more diligent with hand washing (quick rinseless wash of front, and adding hybrid ceramic wax). Here is my thread about it ->

When you finish cleaning use some G-Tecniq ceramic coating (DIY) with CLS lite and Exo V4. Makes
Future car washes so easy and bug removal a non-issue.

After each wash, dry using bead maker and a clean microfiber. Keeps the coat slick and protected.

It’s worth the cost! I can wash whole car in 15-20 minutes and come out looking super fresh and not water soaked using some rinse less wash and a dozen micro fibers.

Good luck!
