Stall 2A is not working reported to Tesla on Friday 13th @ noon (12pm) Sunday 15th @ 7pm still not repaired.


Stall 2B is faulty charge stops half way through. (Spoke to another owner who was experiencing this tonight.

would be nice if faulty stalls displayed a yellow light or something. So one did not waste time trying to connect.




How long does it normally take them to fix problems once reported?

How long does it normally take them to fix problems once reported?

According to support staff they are aware of the problem and have notified the team to look into fixing them. Yet they could not advise when they would be looked at?

They must be notified right away when the charger is not working. Dispointing they don't repair quickly. Given flagship store 45 minutes away?
