Squeak I can't find for the life of me

This may sound a bit strange, but it worked for me. Get an inexpensive stethoscope - maybe from an old BP measuring device. Have a friend drive your car, and when the friend is driving place the stethoscope in your ears and place it near the squeak sound. Keep moving around until you isolate the source. Yeah, it sounds crazy, but it worked for me.

I also have an annoying rattling / tapping noise that seems to be coming from the rear passenger side (uk) upper section of the car. Possibly the small window area. It’s a distinctly plastic sounding tap or creak that occurs in response to bumps or rough roads. I can’t make it occur by rocking the car or bouncing in seat etc only when driving and is at all speeds. I’ve attached a video to show the noise. This isn’t (I’ve found) covered under the warranty any longer as I’ve done 21,000 miles (car was bought Dec 2021 and is model 3 SR+). Can anyone help?
