SR+ Audio Upgrade to Premium - Los Angeles Area

I’m in Los Angeles and I’m looking to wire/activate the speakers in my SR+. Does anyone know of a shop in the area that does this? I’m aware of Reus, but I’m not looking to replace my speakers, just activate the stock speakers I already have and add the subwoofer and amp like the Full Premium Interior.

I’m aware of those threads, but I’m not interested in doing this myself. I’d rather pay someone with some experience with this kind of thing.

Wish Tesla would’ve just offered it as an upgrade option. I would’ve paid for that (and I suspect thousands more are just like me). I just didn’t have a need to do the full upgrade to the Long Range just to get premium sound.

You done the upgrade I’m suggesting in your own car? What type of sub/amp did you install. You have any pics of the results?

I have an Alpine KTP-445u powering the rear dash speakers and front mirror tweeters. And a Rockford Fosgate R500X1D amp powering a Rockford Fosgate R12X10 subwoofer.

Nice setup. I'm looking just to install one of these stock Tesla subs in the side panel (to preserve my trunk space) and an amp to power it and the additional speakers.

Anybody knows if there is a shop here in Los Angeles that does the installation? I love the car but the the SR+ audio is quite mediocre. My system on my BMW is great and formerly had a Harman Kardon in a E class has gotten me spoiled.

Reus Audio in Orange puts in the best system you'll ever hear in a car. Spendy, but worth it if you enjoy good sound.

I put together a premium audio upgrade kit. The harness I made enables the 4 front tweeters and 2 rear dash speakers, powered by an Alpine KTP-445u. The same harness also sends signal to a Rockford Fosgate R2-250X1 to power an OEM 8” subwoofer. Everything is fully plug and play, no wire tapping and completely removable. This is awesome! I am looking into the SR+ now and one thing that was holding me back was the audio. I just came from a test drive today and I am not completely blown away with the sound system, everything else was on point. Will definitely reaching out, 7-9 weeks out.
