Thanks for sharing! Question, did you see your VIN in source code before this? I know Canadian orders often don’t. Wondering if many of us are in similar situations due to ECU shortage. Thanks!
If the number is area code 510; then it is a company wide number that the SA use for texting customers. Recently, I enquired about Tesla solar roof also and someone from their Nevada office is communicating with me via the same 510 number.
Seeing the state of horrible customer service from their end; we would never know anything whatsoever about damage(s), if any, to the battery, whatsoever.

They gave the VIN# after, one thing I learned was reaching out to the Tesla SA, if you change your payment method to Cash, its faster for some reason, we did that and once they gave us the VIN# we changed it back to finance, this apparently made us jump the queue.

While we have almost no VIN activity, would everyone please simply reply with how many months you are going with if you are financing the car? I am curious what most people are going with. I’m going back and forth between 65, 72, 84. Unsure. Need guidance!
Don't get me wrong but I'm kind of happy to see that you're 1 of the 2 from August as I was wondering if they were non-updated orphan data. I'm going with the 84. We have a baby on the way so stretching it out is preferred. Also, if you have an excellent credit score you get a solid rate at 84 months. 72 isn't bad either.
