Got a call to pick up early. Ryzen, matrix, heated wipers, the works. 5 miles on the OD. Utterly flawless - and hubby loves it. Turn around from upgrading to LR to delivery was five days.

Congrats!!! I think I’m going to stay with SR+. Doesn’t make financial sense for me and I feel like it’s extortion not the Hertz order or LFP shortage lol. It’s like they just took the dealershop model and hid it behind their “manufacturing struggles”. But if I go with any other car manufacturers they’re gonna screw me worse so just going to have to wait. Same reason I avoid Vegas, I dont like being extorted Lolol!

I also decided to upgrade from the RWD to LR tonight. For those who did that recently, how quickly did you see a change in your EDD? Was there anything else you had to do on your account once you made the change. My account was in order before, but I just want to make sure there is nothing else i need to do. Thanks

Well that didnt take long. 10 hours later i moved from July29 - Sept 9 to June 12-26. Starting to get excited now

You're realistically looking at Q1 2023 for delivery, seems like 8-10+ months is the norm now.

Well, I pulled the trigger and switched my order to LR yesterday. My EDD was June 30 - Aug 4 but this morning it moved to May 26-June8. My budget will be tight but we will make do. Here I was a week ago thinking I refuse to be bullied by Tesla into paying more so I can get a car sooner. We shall see. We all know that the EDD don't mean anything until you actually get a VIN.

Not only will you get a car sooner but you'll be glad you did with all the features the LR has. Welcome to the LR waiting room! We heard about all of you in the SR waiting room and your wait times are far worse than ours in the LR waiting room. I just received mine and it's only been 3 days and it truly is a fun car to drive. With my commute and living in CA and the gas prices it became a necessity. Why buy a new ICE and still pay for gas.

I see you got a new estimate, congrats! For those who did not see a change after switching, how long did it take for your estimates to update, and if so what update did you see? Better? Same? Worse?

Hi there, I’ve got a vin, the same that has been dropped a few weeks ago. I don’t know if this vin has been given to another costumer and it was rejected.
