Hearing you California peeps getting delivery dates makes me excited up here in Washington!

booked my future white SR+ a week ago (nov 7th), living in Austin TX, they told me i should expect delivery by start of December.

how likely is the delivery date? i'm reading that they're all over the place..

Wish I could give something firmer, still no vin for me from Oct 7th. Seems like based on the posts from people and their SA's I think they roll a d20, a d8 and maybe shake a magic 8 ball

I have been getting various info- Last week on orientation- sa told me at the store 10th of December.
TOday i asked another SA through SMS- he said from 24th dec till 1st dec.

Just got an email from an Adviser that I've chatted with in the Bellevue 20th Ave. store (not sure if he's my official "Sales Adviser", as I also have a different Delivery Support Specialist that's in Vegas...), saying that he's "expecting your Model 3 to get ready around the end of November."

I'm following up with him as to what he means by "get ready" - built, or delivered?

I'm now both more excited and also more in suspense! AHHH!

My delivery location will be Bellevue 20th but my SA is located in the Bellevue Square showroom. It's definitely good to hear delivery in CA has started. But since I ordered on Oct 20th I'm fully prepared to the fact that my delivery won't happen until the second half of December.

October 11th. Blue/Black, Aero. Live in Eastern Washington, but will pickup on the west side of the state.

Just heard back from him again, and he says that it takes about three days to get the cars from Freemont to Bellevue, so his "end of the month" pretty much works for both build & delivery.

I'm quite excited!

Hello All,

I currently have a P85+ 2014 Pre-AP and i have made the decision to purchase a Tesla Model 3 SR+. I will miss the great speed and acceleration of the Model S, but the 3 is like buying a new phone thats going to outlast the Model S with features. Right now, i am being told 4 to 6 weeks, end of December for delivery as i just ordered it yesterday!

No Vin yet

When I ordered the site said 2-3 weeks. On the phone the SA mentioned it'd be likely closer to 6-8 at the time already. She also said they'd have it in Mid-November most likely at the time. The last few times I've inquired that date has slid further back and the latest update was end of December with nothing in sight as of Wednesday.

My page also changed under my account.

After speaking to a Tesla rep, I realized that if they don't provide the car by end of December 2019, I'm going to lose the tax credit. $1875 down the drain...
I'm quite concerned tbh.

That is correct and effects everyone in the same boat. Your concern is real but hopefully you will have it before 12/31. When did you order?

We need a car to commute to work. We drew a hard line on waiting til December 3 to at least hear something or have a VIN. If we don't have it by then we're cancelling as we are a family with only one car and have added a separate commute now that I have to drive over to the bay area for work. It's not really that upsetting but it is a bummer we were pretty pumped to get one.

I echo your situation, I was thinking in same line as you. My leased car will be gone on Dec 5th., so I have no option than getting another car. There are no words from Tesla about delivery, so can’t plan alternatively. Also the response from SA is not reliable.
I think if Tesla have so much arrogance and care about their customers, then I will let it go and cancel the order in first week of December. I did my booking on Oct 1st and still not even a single email or call from Tesla. Sometimes I feel like did I really placed the order or it is still on final step?

I have already entered in seventh week of wait.

Tesla website says now that California delivery is expected for 4-6 weeks. I ordered my 5 weeks ago and still got nothing.

Phone analogy is apropos. Smaller newer phone, but better features.

I GOT MY VIN IN SOURCE CODE, AND A TEXT TO SCHEDULE DELIVERY!!! Next week on either the 21st or the 22nd!
