This wait has been really depressing lol. My estimated delivery said 5-9 weeks when I ordered on Oct 25. So I shouldn't expect it to be any sooner than that, yet still... seeing people getting VINs this week is awesome, but when I check mine, I don't see it. Just a few more weeks, I suppose.

It could be even more depressing, you could be me who ordered 9/26. I am starting to lose hope.

Have you tried sending them that picture of your dog looking so anxious? It might put you at the front of the line...

I order 10/27 and got a text saying my my car could arrive at the delivery center anytime from 11/27 - 12/7 and I still have no VIN. Long waiting game.

Latest email from SA says the vin will be assigned by mid December, "possibly earlier". Prdered 11/10.
The wait is killing me!

People who are having MVPA issues you can call your delivery center and let them know. If you get someone who knows what they’re doing they’ll have it fixed within 30 minutes. I just did it and worked like a charm!

Seems like VIN assignment is less important than geography in terms of when you get your car. I ordered mine pretty much the same time as you, got the VIN yesterday but my delivery date is 2+ weeks away since I’m on the east coast. If you live closer to the Tesla factory you may get your car before me even though you don’t have a VIN yet!

That makes sense. Got vin 11/25, Delivery on 11/29. Los Angeles

Me too just check my account and show VIN by Chrome extension no text yet for delivery. I have question do they have option pickup from Fremont DC or home delivery? my SR+ Red/Black 18 no FSD on 10/5

I asked my SA to change it to Fremont DC, and she helped to request, originally it was automatically set to deliver to my home address

My SA left me a voicemail introducing himself about a week after I ordered. You can likely call your nearest Tesla store and ask who your SA is and get their email. You’ve likely been assigned one and they just haven’t messaged you yet.
