Stadia Controller may work with Tesla's now

Seeing that Stadia is shutting down and Google has released the software to update the Stadia controller to work with bluetooth, has anyone had the opportunity to see if it connects to the Tesla now?

Updated my Stadia controller and tried pairing a with a Model X and a Model 3 and neither could see it when searching for a new device.

Can you try connecting the stadia controller via usb in the car? Does it work then for games?

Dammit. I dont see why it wouldn't work but it could be something on the back end from Tesla at this point.

Confirmed. 2022 Model X Plaid, doesn't see it. Probably likely it just using a BLE connection?

Stadia controller won't work with Tesla Bluetooth until Tesla decides to give us BLE controller support.

It works with USB connection though. I remember it use to not work. I guess we need to some how get Tesla to support BLE along side classic

Cheap game play , Bought a few cheap titles

Then it sat in a draw for a year

Then i get refunded for everything games , hardware etc

And hopefully now via USB cable i can use the controller in the tesla ! Can anyone confirm it works ok via USB recently ?

I haven't tried USB yet but that may be my next option. Just need to find a cable on Amazon. Or get a Jowua controller lol

It works well if you connect it to the port in glove box.

I have actually bought the replacement center console module , So hopefully will be fitted soon aslong with everything else thats needs wiring lol

My kids are playing CupHead right now with the Stadia controller and a USB cable. Haven't tried the BT yet.

I just tried mine and it didn't work. Does it only work for certain games, or only when plugged into a specific port? I used a usb-c to usb-c cable to connect it to the port in the center tray.

It works for most games. The data port definitely works (have to connect mine to the glovebox)
