Anyone else have this issue? Im on wifi - signal isn’t great, but streaming and web browser work and no different place than it usually gets updates. I’ve tried hard rebooting the car. I think I had the auto download option enabled. Touching around the screen seems to do nothing.

You may need to contact service and tell them it failed update and is stuck. They should be able to remote reset it I believe I have read in past updates where people had similar issues.
I had this happen to me. The update downloaded about 1/3 then stalled. I moved my car to get a stronger WiFi signal and the download resumed. If you’re not able to move your car to a stronger Wifi signal from your house then setup a WiFi hotspot on your phone and connect your car to it and the update should resume downloading.
May also want to fold/unfold mirrors (whichever it isn’t) and see if that helps the signal. But we had an install lockup and Tesla had to reset it. May need to call them and see if they can access the car and do so.
