I notice on the used Tesla website, it says "standard 2nd row" is a feature. Isn't that just the back seats?

Yes. The optional folding jump seats in the trunk are the third row.

In the past, they also offered executive rear seats.

Take rate was low. It was done in attempt to boost sales in China. You can buy a second row console accessory. It's very similar.

I had a loaner that had them and they look very nice. Two disadvantages that would stop me from ordering them (if they were available) no additional leg room and they don't fold down.

They might have felt the need to clarify that the 2nd row seats were standard rather than NextGen, probably because the front row seats were NextGen seats?
When first offered, the NextGen option was for both front and 2nd row, but they stopped at one point and all the later models only have NextGen infront.

Me too. I was so saddened when the Executive rear seats were abandoned. No way to get them now.
