standard range full battery regen?

if i buy the standard range and charge battery to 100%, will regen breaking still work since it's technically not 100%? has anyone with a SR tried?

Yes. Do a search here. There are people who charge SRs to 100% all the time. The regen dots are consistent with an SR+ charged to about 92% - so limited but it exists assuming the battery is toasty. It would be great if an SR owner would just post a picture (they probably have).

Hum, I'd love to see a scan my tesla screenshot showing significant regen on a full battery pack. I remember Elon saying we're better to charge at 95% than 100% because it's more energy efficient as you then get regen.

I am only talking about SR. Not SR+.
Maybe @lateulade can post a picture of his screen regen bar when charged to 100%. He frequently charges to 100% and is in a warm location so represents the “norm” for 100% SR charging.

The pack is not a really full at 100% because it is software limited.
