Statistics from my Wall Charger?

Is anyone aware of how I can get information from my Wall Charger, such as date and time, length of charge, KWh consumed, car VIN, etc?

I bet it is available, I just don't know how to get it.

I'm not aware of any stats directly from the wall charger but TeslaFi will give you very detailed information about both charging and driving. A two week free trial is available.

The old WC dies not provide any stats. I have not read anything about the gen3 one collecting stats. It would be more feasible with the internet connection. Maybe a “coming soon” feature.

- there are lots of car monitoring programs out there.

- they do require your username/password.

- some run on your local device, some in the cloud.


Not sure this is what your looking for because you asked about vin. This would cover a single car.

Yes. This is true. You can also generate a token and provide that but it has similar risk.

I’m personally ok with it. There are various other solutions out there too that can be considered.

There is risk in any application that you type in a username/password if you don’t have the source code reviewed by an independent expert.
