Steering wheel control issue

Let me say that we love our Tesla Model S, have it for 4 years, and live 2 hours hours from the nearest Tesla Service Center. In the past it has been easy to schedule mobile service, but now have to wait 4 weeks, and the steering wheel parts that allow you to reboot the car are not working. And.. it was almost impossible to reach a live person. Any one else have this issue, and if so how did you resolve it?

Thanks.

You must use the app to schedule any service. Calling may delay service or may not work at all. Once you enter a service request into the app, a technician will generally contact you via the app quickly. You can generally communicate back and forth to get something resolved, including whether or not mobile service can handle the request, and/or if it would be quicker to visit the Tesla store. They don't like using phones anymore.
