Is this a MB item like the steeringcolunm stalks?

I would like to see the steering wheel being partially covered in suede.

Feels good/looks cool.

I found some lookalikes in the Mecedes-AMG programm, but I couldn't find something where the Tesla airbag would fit.

I believe it's a modified C63 AMG steering wheel, though I may be wrong.
