They should, though. Chicago to LA via 66/40, then up the 1 to SF, was probably the most fun I've ever had in a car.

It is pretty rare. Just about everyone told us it was a dumb idea. As big a proponent as I am, I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone buy a car around being able to do that, though.

If interstate cruising is the most fun you've had in a car you apparently aren't very flexible.;)
 
is purely subjective - but imo, TomTom or Google would be better than stock gm mapping anyway. Thus, lemons to lemonade!

You should try OnStar with HUD and pop up center LCD display. Flawless, hand's free, eyes free, human interface: "What's that cafe on the end of the pier? Can you load directions and call them for me?"

Nothing beats talking to a real person.

The Bolt has OnStar. But it does not have HUD Navigation or hidden display (Cadillac). The HUD is only for Frontal Collision Warning.
