Sticky on Charging in the Wild?

should we have a sticky on the etiquette of charging in the wild? will people follow the rules/suggestions?

Here are some examples:

1. Only park in an EV Charging spot if you intend to charge your car.
2. When plugged in, leave info on your charging timelines (when you anticipate being done charging) or leave contact info.
3. Don't unplug another EV owners car without their permission.
4. Don't plug into a charging station to do a timed charge (eg, plug in at 8 am, and set the car to begin charge at 6 pm).
5. Don't hog a charging station. Charge your car enough to get to the next destination/charging location (+ buffer). This is an iffy suggestion.

IMHO, replace this with "5. Don't block chargers. When done charging (have what you need or full up), move your car, even if you plan to stay in the immediate vicinity." Or something like that.

"Don't unplug" may be overly broad and not everyone agrees on this point, in certain situations. I don't want to start yet another debate about it--just saying, this one needs a disclaimer or something, perhaps.
