Reported this earlier, but just wanted to note it's not fixed after the latest site maintenance.

Using: Desktop web browser. The latest Chrome on either Windows 11 or the latest MacOS. Also happens in Safari.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Scroll down the page a bit, until the "Community" and "Groups" menus lock to the top of the window.
2. Move your mouse over either one. When the drop-down menu opens, it *also* pushes the main screen content down a row or two.
3. You can move your mouse between the menus, and your screen will keep shifting down. :)

Thanks.

Also seen here. Firefox 95.0.2 on macOS 12.1 running on MacPro6,1 ("trash can" Mac Pro).
