Stormwatch just came on Tri-Valley. NWS shows a high wind advisory for the Tri-Valley and much of the Central Valley starting Friday at 7AM and running into Saturday AM.

got storm watch in the oakland hills as well. luckily it occurred during EV2 off-peak. i'd forget to enable it if i did what bmah does so i just leave it on and take my chances.

For us this whole wind event was nothing, as in the trees did not sway at all, no leaves falling, etc. And the event was very localized. On the other side of Pleasanton, people posted that their front doors were blown open.
