Strange behavior with Voice Control

When i open the door voice control is going to activate itself!! When i sit in the car and push the voice control button nothing happens. When i honk voice control activate itself.? Called service center. They changed the voice control button on the steering wheel but issue still exists. Not solved. Next appointment in July. Maybe software or hardware problem. File X. !

The giveaway is when the voice suggests that you stop and ask directions.
