Maybe someone canexplain to me what happened to me yesterday with my display and range.
I have 2018 MX (delivered 6/18) with about 11K miles. I was planning on a road trip yesterday so I decide to charge to 100% at home right before leaving. Only charged to this level maybe 2 or 3 times before when I initially got the car. I have noticed in my year of ownership that the range on the display when I charge to 90% has dropped from 265 to 262. Not really a big deal. Yesterday I charged to 100% and the display registered 292 miles before I left. I started my trip and noticed that my range in % and miles didn't change for about 18 miles. At tht point it dropped to 99% and 289 miles. Adding that 18 miles to 289 is 307. Can someone explain to me what I am seeing?

I have a 2018 MX with 7000 miles on it. Should get 237 miles on a full charge which I have only done a couple of times for trips. A month or so ago i was registering 250 miles which is above my supposed maximum. Call support and the tech stepped me through a couple of things which did not work. She said she would move it up to a specialist who would be in touch. A few days later my range max dropped to 220. Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions?
