I love reading these posts. So your car is what 7 to 9 years old and you expect company to fix new issues? Do you have extended contract? I am not aware of any company that would do that

I expect them to be able to help, as in get the issue fixed for payment. And maybe do some of the work on goodwill since they admit that it's a defect from the factory. But at least take the car in and get it looked at. Not just tell me that there is nothing they can do for me.
