Strange "Plasticy" Noise 2022 M3P

Hey Guys/Gals, my new PM3 has developed a strange noise - very different from all the other stuff I've seen on the forum. Sound something like having a piece of tape stuck to the tire... Has become worse after taking it in to Tesla for service and being told the issue was resolved.
Have any of you come across this before:

If they didn't fix it, keep taking it back until they do. You will not get it resolved until you become a PIA. I have a 21 M3P and I've been to the SC over 10 times since Dec 2020.

Having same issue on my 2020 m3p did you ever get this resolved? did tesla say what the issue was initially?

Does the period of the sound match the period of the wheel rotation?

If so, is it louder near one wheel versus the others?

If so, what happens if you rotate a wheel to the other side?

If you can isolate it to one wheel, take it off and examine the tire carefully.

Mine corresponds to accelerator pedal being actuated. NO matter how little. As soon as I am off accelerator noise goes away, thus eliminating tires. I am suspecting front motor noise.
