Saw the most strangest thing yesterday up here on Vancouver Island Canada. An S (black) (didn’t see the front so don’t know the year) pulled up two car lengths ahead/beside me on the left at the light. When the light turned green and he accelerated/moved and his brake lights flashed red a good 10 times a second (strobe effect) for a second or 1 1/2 second.
(A) is that a fault in the light system?
(B) some sort of signal about loss of traction?
(C) did not imagine this as both brake lights and third light flashed so very very visible.
(D) Normal? (I doubt that)
Conditions were good no snow on road. Or any observable ice. Also on this new fangled high friction pavement.
At first I thought an unmarked police car behind him lit him up, but nope not the case, and it would have been blue and red,
