Stuck in Chill mode!

Recently I began seeing a notification telling me that I was limited to 85 mph. Thinking that may be coupled to the fact that I was in Chill Mode I tried to change that. I was disappointed to find that I no longer had the opportunity to change modes, they simply were no longer highlighted! Anyone had this problem or know what is going on here?

Are you certain you’re not in “Valet“ mode?

Are you in speed limit mode? That also locks you into chill.

Are you in a loaner from Tesla? If so, you’re stuck in chill.

Got it fixed! Contacted the support folks an they basically helped me remove my head from between my buttocks!
I had to take the car out of the speed limited mode. To do this I had to log in with my credentials. Once I did that the Standard mode was now available.

Can you please guide me on how to exactly disable the speed limit mode. As I am also facing the same issue and stuck with chill mode.
