stuck/jammed charge port "fuel" door...

I recently had my charge port door replaced (i had walked into it when it was opened and the reflector cracked...). Since being replaced it remains stuck closed when you open it from the dash/charger/app. I have to push it manually open (while holding the button on the charger) to get it opened...

Is there an adjustment for the door hinge?
