Subaru's eyesight seems to work better than Tesla's AP

I should also point out that only the Eyesight Autosteer disengages, not the dynamic cruise control functions.
I actually don't like this. I only use lane keeping, not tacc i.e. I want lane keeping+tacc. For eg., if lane keeping disengages, I always disengage tacc as well. So, I guess its a subjective choice.

Does Subaru lane keeping work both on freeways & local roads ?

BTW, is Subaru using MobilEye ?

ps : I should say I also want lane change, not just lane keeping.

I love my M3 but find it sadly lacking in both TACC and AutoSteer as it is called in the manual. TACC still likes to phantom brake which means it is not safe to use with close following traffic. AutoSteer is okay on highways (motorways) but struggles on many other roads and certainly keeps the driver guessing.
Having now seen the latest demo of Mobileye I see it is way ahead of Tesla as it can drive through crowded city streets making difficult decisions without any human intervention. Even down to aggressively nosing out into traffic to make progress. A feature that will be needed for any Robotaxi service that wants to encourage customers. Watch the CEO's presentation on Youtube.
I still think Tesla will struggle to deliver on Full Self Driving as, by definition, it would need to drive anywhere on any road in any conditions and that is a long, long way off.

@EVNow Lane keep works on all roads from zero MPH, assuming there are lines/curbs or other markings to follow. Not sure if Subaru is using MobilEye... I think, but not certain, that you can use any combination of lane keep and TACC, or both.
