Sudden sound / volume spike while transitioning from Media/YouTube to Radio / FM

From day one, I get a sudden and almost deafening volume spike when I transition from a YouTube video to the radio on my MY. Had it checked at the SC and they confirmed the issue but they stated that it is something to do with the different transmissions ie one is radio and the other is over the internet etc etc and there is nothing they could do! They asked me to report it to Tesla???? I told them that they were the Tesla! As the SC they should somehow have a means to report

For us, a great functionality and unique selling point now turned into a fearful experience.

Has anyone noticed the same issue or had a resolution on this?

I get the same, it lasts about 0.3 of a second.

Considering the fact that there is even a “Joe” mode for sensitive yes it does cause anxiety not to mention the kids, especially when not expected.
