Suggestion for the charging display

It would be nice if there were two buttons on the Charging user interface, one when clicked would do a full charge and the other when clicked would charge the car to some non-fully-charged level set-able by the user through the Options, and which would stay at that value unless changed by the user. In my case with a 250 mile maximum range I might set it to 215. With that second button you wouldn't have to guess what value you are setting using the slider as you do now.

BTW, is this the right place to put this or is there some better place that is perhaps monitored by Tesla management?

Overly complicates something that’s simple. With rare exception, the only time you would change charge level is to set to 100% for trip, then back down after the trip. Exactly what you set it down to doesn’t matter, just slide it down to 90% or 80%, or if it’s in between that’s ok too.

Note that toggling between two values would cause the EPA to rate the range as the average of the two. That’s what happened to the early Leaf, and is the reason the slider exists.
