Not sure. Just do Smart Summon on your phone and it will show you a radius. Do it in a known location and you can just measure it on google maps (right click 'Measure distance') or wherever.

Regular summon will do 40ft. Smart summon a few hundred (haven’t measured but that’s the length of my cul-de-sac and it’ll go all the whole length of it.)

The neighborhood street is questionable on whether that is considered "public" where you wouldn't have the 'come to target' option or it would abort with that 'reason code' (internal shows in greens tweets).

It’s all in the manual:
Radius of 213 ft from the cars location
475 ft total traveled distance since smart summon was started (incl. back and forth distance)
492 ft from the last location the car was manually driven
