Summon Feature

I have noticed that the Summon on my M3 connects if am standing close to the front of the car, literally am a couple of inches close to it. Also, not sure if it's a safety feature, but if someone's standing within a feet either the front or back of the car, the Summon doesn't kick in.

Summons doesn't seem to work if the car is on a sloped driveway/grade or if the wireless signal is weak.
I disconnect both my cell and car from home wifi, and it worked, using the cars LTE connections, and my cellular data connection (but only on the flat street in front of my house).

This summon feature sounds like a pain in the butt. Hopefully they can fix this beta soon.
