summon from key fob not working

Haven't tried it lately until yesterday. Have usually used my iPhone to summon the car. But tried with my key fob as I have done before and did not work at all???

Did you reset the "continuous press" option to off in settings? The newest updates turn in back on.

NO will check that out. But the summon does not even start. If you click the fob twice in quick succession and then hold it down for 2 seconds after the 2nd press, it should start the summon process. And then pressing the forward or rear buttons will tell the direction and whether you have to hold it down to make it move or not is the setting you are referring to. But it is not being activated at all.

If Continuous Press is enabled, Summon won't start at all from the key fob. That setting requires using the smartphone app. I'm not sure why they didn't implement the dead-man's feature on the key fob too, maybe it's not technically feasible, but in any case it doesn't work there.

Note that there's no need to double-click the fob to initiate Summon. Just hold the middle button for a couple of seconds, until the mirrors fold and the hazards come on. Then press the front or rear truck buttons to initiate.
