Summon is limited in Canada?!

What's this law about having a fob with an immobilizer function in a car? Model 3 doesn't have a fob in the US. Will our government force Tesla to provide a fob?

Model 3 does not have fob. Does that mean Model 3 will never have summon in Canada?

Does it even have it in the US? I haven't heard of any model 3 having summon.

What would happen if you put your key on/in the car? Could you stand 50 feet away then and summon it?

just realized I cannot summon the car out of the garage via phone app unless I near the car

And I cannot summon the car via key fob

Canadian regulation ?! Or Ontario issue?!
