Spent this morning installing some DIY items to my model 3. Did a 3M carbon fiber overlay on the center console, covered the exterior door handles in matching carbon fiber, and covered the front 2 door sills with more matching carbon fiber. Also went ahead and installed the wind reducer around the moon roof panel of glass.

Looks great! Where did you get the carbon fiber? Pre-cut from somewhere, or did you just cut yourself?

Not certain how common it is but for around $25 it was well worth the money

We saw Elon mention that they changed the glass to recuse wind noise. Am curious to see how this mod pans out.
Any details you can share? Maybe start a DIY thread?

The carbon fiber on red looks really great. Now am thinking I shouldn't have changed mine to obsidian black :-|
