I'm fairly sure I heard some snapping noises too, as the heads of drivers, bicyclists, hikers and deer spun at the passing of this mean-looking, nearly silent machine.

The colors on that car look like a darker version of VFX's car & I don't remember that color as being a standard option.

I'm not exactly sure because I never saw it in person but I was told that Elon painted his new Sport in a color similar to mine. Thing is, I was also told it was matte finish which this clearly is not.
What I do know is that it was repainted because he did not like what was done so now it's what I have seen and would describe as polished Candy Apple Red.

Maybe he wanted it matte and when it arrived normal he went a different direction.

No surprise that I like the way it looks here.
