Normally, the cost to the driver of a busy/down Supercharger is a long wait at the supercharger, or a detour to a slow charger.
You're not getting out of a hurricane zone quickly no matter what, because the roads aren't moving quickly. Does it really make that much of a difference if you have to wait for a 300mph charge or charge at a lower power charger, when you're stuck on a freeway averaging 20mph?
