Supercaps match Nickel Metal Hydride?

    Well it looks more promising than Hydrogen. Would be great to be able to offload cold-weather regen onto a supercap.

    I see super-capacitors for just that in the first instance but eventually the way that we get a 200+mile EV that can be recharged in seconds at a refueling station.

    They don't wear out.

    If I were Obama, I'd have a task force on this right now, today - this is the 21st century Hoover Dam Project IMO.

    If this can be mass produced, it could be huge for stationary storage even it the density doesn't improve much beyond this.
