Supercharge.info - callout for code contributors

Hi all,

There have been a few requests for new features to @BlueShift's awesome resource, supercharge.info, such as:

• different icons for different speed chargers
• an indicator to show newly opened stations that are not officially available yet
• fixing some broken links
• a way to show recently expanded stations
• tweaks to the permission levels available to editors
• and more...

... however @BlueShift has also stated he is quite busy with real life at the moment and does not have time to implement these.

@emupilot, @tes-s, @MarcoRP, myself, and many others help to keep the data up to date but this is different to the code of the site itself.

It would be great if people with coding experience were able to help out Blueshift (and by extension, all of us!) with the coding effort required here!

This is probably the only one that would have to be done by Keith as all of the administrative stuff is not in the public repository.
