Thanks for the update. Sadly I don't have the CHAdeMO adapter and looks like they're not easily available. The whole area around Mt. Baker looks like a bit of a dead zone for charging, and not sure I should risk it from the Surrey supercharger to Mt. Baker for a couple days and back. There's a chance I may be able to stay at a place and use 110V trickle charge, otherwise I may have to take another vehicle

The trickle charge makes a world of difference in those type of situations.

Thanks for the suggestions. EVTripPlanner shows I should be able to get from Surrey Supercharger to Glacier, WA, do two day trips to Mt Baker Ski Area and return to the supercharger on roughly one full charge of my 2013 Model S 85 (it shows ~75kWh required). Using Blaine Supercharger as start and end point, it shows ~62 kWh usage, but there are no L2 chargers between there and Glacier for top ups.

If I can get a top up by Brodeur's Bistro on the way there and back and plug into 110V while parked overnight I should be OK.

This reminds me of a trip from Vancouver to Calgary/Drumheller that I did in 2014, before there were superchargers along the route. I haven't really had to plan out charging stops in advance like this since that trip.

Top up on the way there just in case the 120V outlet falls through somehow. If you do get the trickle charge, you won't need to top up on the way home.

I've noticed that it's no longer listed on the map on Tesla.com either as a "coming soon" Supercharger site. That's a bit concerning.

Very true. Depending on how cold it is, that 110v 12a might only be enough to keep the batteries warm. I found out the hard way at work where I found an outlet. Plugged in and was so happy to get 7km/h right away. Later I check and it was 0km/h. I go out to check and everything is fine, but it was using all the juice for the battery warming in the cold.

Some progress this week. Parking bump stops installed and sign posts installed as well. I drove by and saw two work vans this morning on the way to Walmart, but on the way back the workers were already gone, so I didn’t have a chance to speak with them.

In addition to the bump stops and sign posts, the conduits have been cut down to size, pull strings have been added, and the pull box has been mounted and piped into the distribution cabinet. At this point, (without having access to the main electrical room to the right of the distribution equipment) it looks like we are solely waiting on Tesla's OEM equipment to be installed, and then wires to be pulled through the conduits & terminated.

Ah, you can clearly see the V3 supercharging cabinets and the Tesla supercharging stalls which say on them “do not stack over 2 high”.

Finally got a chance to speak with the electricians and they started installing the pedestals today. They said it will take a couple of weeks to install the pedestals and hopefully have them switched on in a few weeks. You can see where the pedestals are stored.

Yeah, last time I stayed in Abbotsford and used the EcoDairy CHAdeMO. This time we found a place in Glacier, WA that has an L2 charger so we should be good!

For anyone interested, the complex is called Snowater. It's gated condos, but they have an L2 charger in there for guests. Not on PlugShare I guess since it's not publicly accessible, but we heard about it from a friend.

Contrary to the last post there is much more than turning the power on left. None of the power delivery hardware is installed. I just went by a couple days ago. Photos included.
