Might be waiting for the gas station to be finished before paving is done. And 6 months later, still no asphalt. Weird

Don't take this wrong Bruce but she's better looking than you. Thanks for your work Bruce. Now showing as “reduced service” on the in-car Nav. I got a charge here at some rate that seemed reasonable. No amenities here except the restrooms.
That’s my better half photobombing the picture.
Bruce.

There is a recent video from 'Out Of Spec Motoring' at this location, starting at 3:40Charged here on 10/4. Still no paved road. Still mobile restrooms and the gas station still under construction. Good thing I only needed to charge for <10 minutes to continue onward.
I supercharged at Stockdale Highway this morning with no issues.Drove I-5 yesterday and this entire site was closed. I suspect it was due to flooding and/or mud.
Site note: We were initially directed to the Bakersfield (Stockdale Hwy) location but it was a bust. Three out-of-order stalls and the one we attempted to use wouldn't provide over 65kW and regularly flaked out down to 0 kW. We wound up driving over to the new station off Enos Ln, a couple miles off I-5.

Did you verify that Copus Rd. is closed or do you mean the Nav just says it is closed? Because a friend reports charging there recently and I also was able to charge at Cal Club Rd. this morning even though the Nav said it was closed. There are currently no amenities at those two locations which is why I think the Nav lists them as closed.
"Totally offline" as in you plugged in and didn't receive a charge? This site was totally offline on Friday May 26, 2023… there was no status and one lone car parked when we drove by. Anyone know what is up?
It simply said in the nav. “Station unavailable”. No status. No number of users. No pricing. It was offline. I’m not sure what the one car was doing there. Might have been charging ever if it was indicating offline"Totally offline" as in you plugged in and didn't receive a charge?
Or were you just going by the (frequently incorrect) Nav?
