Special thanks to @MrRandyB for finding a new Supercharger in planning at the Wawa on 1100 Pulaski Hwy in Bear Delaware.

The file, found at Supercharger - Claymont, DE - Philadelphia Pike, shows a plan of the remodeled Wawa along with 8 Supercharger stalls shown on the Northeast corner of the lot. Will add on Supercharge Info

Wawa was remodeled long time back. Panda Express and Chipotle right there. Lot of food options. This location is odd one for SC, but nevertheless a good one for people from North of Delaware Memorial Bridge going to Delaware beach’s to Ocean City and Virginia Beach.

This one likely won't happen for a few years. Based on the info in the plans [pdf], as of August 2020 the entire Wawa project is an exploratory one, meaning that there's no guarantee that it will happen at all. But assuming it goes through, they are going to demolish the existing building and rebuild a new one there with a different footprint and orientation on the lot. That will certainly take quite a bit of time. Much more than a run-of-the-mill remodeling. And the supercharger would likely only start construction after all the work on the new store was done and maybe even only after the store was open.

The chargers are on and working

Stopped there the morning of 12/2/22. All stalls available and working. The Wawa is refurbished and has very clean rest rooms. Convenient off and back on DE Rt 1 from I95
