Was there an hour ago and one Austin Energy Truck with one guy was there. I asked him if the chargers were working and he said "No, but they should be really soon"

Tesla and Austin Energy working at the site now.

I spoke with the Tesla guy and he had great info but said it will still be a little time ( more than likely). The meter is installed but they need to go through a lot of tests as well as firmware, software updates since the units were built ages ago.

I tried it out about an hour ago and there was no juice.
