All the work here looks complete, however, I am unable to determine the location of the transformer. Covers are still on the chargers and the meter is still off.

I see a meter in a previous post. That means there is a transformer somewhere.

The outside walls are all store fronts and fancy brick sidewalks, although there are several grates and access hatches in one section very near to the chargers.

It is live on the Tesla app. I was in the area and saw a Tesla charging. It's live!

Pulled 200kw, which is as fast as my Raven will charge.
