Small diversion and v3 compared to v2 Davenport.
Particularly for better for I-80 to/from I-88.

Glad to have a V3 station right off I-80, compared to the trek into Davenport to the V2... always has been a pain to get in/out. Having this in addition to the one down I-80 in Walcott is nice.

A short walk next door to the Kwik Trip.

That area on weekends is packed full of cars and people for the various sports tournaments. ICE'rs might definitely be a problem when parking is near capacity.

Good amenities close by. Foundry, Flips and Hurts are all great options.

Next PSUs, wiring conduit, transformer, meter

No worthy updates seems only thing different is light pole bases installed. No presence of a transformer so definitely no meter. My guess would be wiring still needs done and connecting PSUs with communication wire (Master/slave type setup)
