Tesla's map now says Q2 2021. Location D'iberville, MS (near Biloxi). My guess is it will be just off I-110 at the Target, but it's just a guess.
According to a local commercial property management source who handles the property, it's going to be next to the Outback Steakhouse at the Lakeview Village retail center, right at the intersection of I-10 and I-110.

This is great news. My MIL loves to go to Outback when we come down and visit (don't get me started on eating at a chain restaurant with all the great options available around there). I've been a little worried about having good charging options around that area, but this will make it better.
Plus the Walmart is across the street. Can't visit without making a tour of the Walmarts.

Took some pictures today. In a parking lot shared with Academy Sporting goods, Outback Steakhouse, and Twin Peaks restaurant. I’ve also have it highlighted in red, on this map.
