I read that article and thought it was a complete disappointment. I figured the author would have some access to Tesla to extract additional information, but it stopped with the information from this forum.

I did note that the tesla.com/findus site doesn't have any little gray markers anywhere along here. Of course we all know how (in)accurate the "future chargers" are on this page.

Ok, I found the V3 construction site in Ehrenburg AZ, Site is under construction, crew working on it NOW. 8 Stalls seems correct.

The EVI Truck (Electric Vehicle Infrastructure) is a pretty good hint!

This is at the Flying J Travel Center right between the Wendy's and the Best Western Inn.
