I'm seeing the same down here in Frederick.

Yes you can get power with a TPF inspection. this would bring power into a building under construction allowing temporary lighting or power. in our case the contractor only needs to have the power work complete up to the main disconnect. Then everything on the power company can be completed and they can get out of the way, and earn revenue. Unlike most every other SC where the work is done and there fiddling with the power company and all there paper work, and we wait.

When the work is complete 100%, the inspector will come check everything out and issue a final. Tesla will be at an advantage now because they can now set the pedestals and turn them on the same day and check them out to be sure they work properly. This way is probably saving Tesla a special trip to the site for final check out and calibration. We can't complain when half the chargers don't work like Alexandria or Leesburg sites.
 
Just passed by this location and Stations are being installed. Yayy....
I just talked to the guys, they said they just have to “connect all the wires”, and when we see the “Tesla Charging Only” and time-limited general parking signs, they’ll be ready. He estimated about 2 weeks.
