JCPL was there yesterday morning doing some work as the area was cordoned off. Hopefully, it will be live in the next few days. Will be in the area tomorrow morning and will post if it is live.

I hope this opens up before Thanksgiving. It will save me from stopping in Allentown, PA. Ideally, the Phillipsburg, NJ SuC would be all I need on my trip, but at 640 days since the permit was filed and no sign of construction, I'm not keeping my hopes up.

hi, just wanted to post that the charging stations in boonton NJ are now operable. take exit 45 off route 287 and you will find 10 stations in the boonton acme parking lot

Did you charge there? They have looked complete for a while, but we're waiting for them to be turned on.

I live in Boonton and don’t think they are on yet, I was there at Acme yesterday. I’ll be by there again after work to double check and report back but as far as I’m aware there still not active

Yea it’s had a plastic bag wrapped on the top of it for a couple of weeks now. Idk if it’s a missing part or was vandalized.

I was at Acme in Boonton today and saw a Tesla work truck. Asked the guy about the supercharged. He said they will be operative tomorrow (12/14). The electric utility finally
Allowed final setup. Worker is bringing a Tesla later today to test the super chargers!!

Hoorayyy. Yeah I drove by about a half an hour ago and saw them fiddling with things inside the cabinet, and also had some covers off of the pedestals. I also saw a Model 3 parked there which may or may not have been you

Just drive by, all the lights are on on the chargers except for the one with the black plastic wrapped on top, and the white tarps are off the high voltage cabinets. I’m not in my Tesla to test it, but they could actually be live!
