Been dry the last 2 days and only sporadic rain coming in the next 3-4 days. It's on a hill and will dry out ok, but they haven't really accomplished anything outside since they backfilled between the existing (undersized and soon to be replaced) transformer and the building. They likely can't do much more until they get the new transformer in, which also means they need to either drop in a prefabricated pad for it, or pour a new one too.

Some conduit in the ground. No progress to speak of in the inside. One of the slowest builds outside of Blaine, WA and Forks, WA.

Weather has zero to do with that is just a lazy persons excuse. Cle Elum was built in November 2018 in the snow with 12 Tesla stalls and 3 stalls from EV4 in just 23 days!!! That was a completely developed site ie a grass field to Tesla's and other EV's charging on day 23 so please tell me again how weather has impact progress on parking garage installation?
Tigard, OR SC at Washington Square with 10 stalls of Urban was completed in 14 days. Sorry not Sorry! Weather is only an excuse.

I was going to say. Under construction for 37 days. We are nowhere near "one of the slowest builds" territory.
haha... Watched the mismanagement of that one too... Though that was more the fact the The Washington Department of Ecology owns the property and everyone of the tenants had to sign off on the agreement with Tesla.
Had to back charge the GC for repaving after they started construction without approval.

haha... Goodish data about 90% accurate as 3rd party data usually is. Case in point Bothell has always been a 10 stall site
Building stuff is black & white if you're doing it right. It's easy to assume something is complicated if you've never actually done it.

...and you wouldn't be to far off point but H&M Electric has been on-site since early November so well over 37 days.
