I've driven past it 100 million times, going to Raystown Lake.

Now I can go there, then Breezewood, then home w/the Tesla.

OK I got impatient waiting for updates and stopped by this new location (instead of getting off the turnpike at Bedford). FYI, I'm a Model 3 reservation holder and needing a supercharger along my route from Mechanicsburg to Altoona to visit my family and my future in laws. I was hoping for Bedford, but this will do until more localized charging options become available.

Thanks for the photos. This one is a game changer for me since I live in Chester County PA and can't make it to Somerset in my MS70D. Stopping in Harrisburg after just 100 miles is a hassle since it's so far off the turnpike. I am hoping it's finished in a couple of weeks.

As luck would have it, I'm going to be traveling through the area in three weeks. Anyone going up to the PSU Arts Festival? We can caravan and maybe do a small ceremony on the 15th?
The last time I tried this was Harrisburg and the opening was delayed so maybe I'm being optimistic.

4 supercharging spots are designated as 15-minute general parking, one is handicap:

The place is a zoo, very busy, the wifi and LTE are terrible - use 3G, the charging spots are getting ICEd, found two UHaul trucks and then multiple cars. The good thing is that it is located one traffic light straight onto I-70 East.

Also, if your ride is from SpaceX you can still refuel, kind of

Thanks for the update. Stopped by today on my way through. Nothing really new to report other than confirm that this place is a zoo. Not easy to fill up regular ICE vehicles on busy travel days. No EVs around, most of Tesla spots occupied by the regular ICE vehicles as well.

I'm really wishing this was in Bedford instead of Breezewood. The Somerset charger is too far out of the way for my use.

It's in the Sheetz parking lot right? We can tactfully get Sheetz to enforce that we aren't parking, it's CHARGING... it's a need.

That, or we start parking our cars blocking fuel pumps until charging spots occupied by ICE cars are remedied..
